B.A. Paris (Bernadette MacDougall) is a Franco-British writer of fiction, mainly in the psychological thriller subgenre. Her debut novel, ''Behind Closed Doors'' (2016), was a ''New York Times'' and ''Sunday Times'' bestseller.
