Paul Dooley

Paul Dooley (born Paul Brown; February 22, 1928) is an American character actor. He is known for his roles in ''Breaking Away'', ''Popeye'', ''Strange Brew'', ''Sixteen Candles'' and various Christopher Guest mockumentaries.
