Qasim Rashid

Qasim Rashid (born July 21, 1982) is a Pakistani-born American author, activist, and attorney. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Rashid ran unsuccessfully for the Democratic nomination for Illinois's 11th congressional district in 2024. Previously, Rashid was an unsuccessful candidate for the Virginia State Senate in 2019 and the Democratic nominee for Virginia's 1st congressional district in the 2020 election. Provided by Wikipedia
