Zach Avery

Zachary Joseph Horwitz (born December 5, 1986), also known by his stage name Zach Avery, is an American former actor and producer. In 2021, he pleaded guilty to securities fraud for his role in defrauding investors of $227 million through a Ponzi scheme and, as a result, was sentenced to twenty years in prison in 2022.
