Review by Kirkus Book Review

One can only go so far with amphibian acrobatics and mute double takes so it's easy to see why this new arrival (he comes in a beribboned gift box) might well be one frog too many. Of course jealousy provides the perfect occasion for big frog to make outrageous faces--naughty and chagrined in turn--and his obvious appeal to human acting-out siblings will bounce him right into the playroom.
