Review by Horn Book Review

When young Bartholomew takes his hat off before the king (as is the rule), another hat strangely takes its place. King Derwin is infuriated and sets out to teach "this impudent trickster" a lesson. This anniversary edition of the Seuss classic features "color-enhanced" illustrations. The richer colors add life to the lengthy tale. (c) Copyright 2013.
