Review by School Library Journal Review

Gr 2-4-Each large-print text discusses the organ or body part responsible for its sense, how the brain reacts to sensory receptors, and ways of maintaining sensory health. Each book has a fact page of trivia about its respective sense. Clear diagrams, close-up photographs of children, and magnified images illustrate these titles. Given the amount of unfamiliar terminology in each book, it is unfortunate that there are no pronunciation guides. Nonetheless, these are well-written, accurate, and readable choices.-Pamela K.
