In a world where everyone is connected to the virtual Cyber Network, hackers, viruses and other high-tech crimes are a major problem. A sinister organization named World Three has vowed to destroy the network and take over the world. Lan Hikari is a cheerful fifth grader whose artificial intelligence NetNavigator is the superpowered MegaMan. In and out of the Cyber Network, Lan and MegaMan work to thwart World Three's villainous schemes.
