The author delineates ways to turn or change the direction of the ball, demonstrating with both text and colorful step-by-step photographs how to execute an inside or outside hook on the ball, make a stop turn, or make one of Johan Cruyff's signature turns. A few thumbnail tip boxes point out facts about influential players or teams.
