Gr 3-5-From the largest whales to the tiniest plankton, these titles cover animals and plants above, below, and beside the world's bodies of water. Straightforward text with good information appears between fact boxes and ovals, and it's a bit of a challenge adjusting to the many different fonts. Full-color photographs add clarity and interest. Bold words are defined in glossaries, and the indexes are thorough. The complete set is stronger than the individual volumes.
