Unfortunately, most of these books cover pretty much the same ground. Like other works on this subject, Jade-Sky's includes activities, meditation exercises, and questions to help readers become more in tune with the psychic side of their personalities. In addition, she includes guides to spiritual shielding, explanations of chakras, and information on how to communicate with your spirit guides. VERDICT A short, straightforward, easy-to-understand book on the subject of developing psychic skills; American readers may prefer books written by psychics who are better known here, including Sylvia Browne's The Secret History of Psychics: How To Separate Fact from Fiction-and Tap into Your Own Psychic Abilities.-Mary E.
