Review by School Library Journal Review

Gr 2-5-Dog books are winners in any library. Though these new additions tread familiar ground-the unusual and helpful contributions that man's best friend makes-animal lovers will "ooh" and "ahh" over these tales. R.E.A.D. Dogs (about canines who bolster struggling readers' confidence by sitting with them) will be a particularly sure bet in most libraries. Serviceable options for pet and animal collections.
