This newly formatted edition works well as a beginning reader. The delightful and child-friendly story about Dunrea's gaggle of geese is unchanged. The short, expressive sentences use repetition and rhythm nicely, while the clean, eloquent illustrations give the earliest of readers additional information to support their efforts.
