Gibson's expertise as both an instructor and a designer shines throughout-she provides thorough steps for everything from the basics of piecing to more advanced techniques such as foundation paper piecing and machine appliqué. The projects are appropriate for quilters of all skill levels, and Gibson's clear, thoughtful guidance makes even the more advanced projects beginner-friendly.
