Review by School Library Journal Review

PreS-K-Daniel Tiger and his friends discover lots of ways of saying "Ugga Mugga," which is the "tiger-tastic" way of saying "I love you," in this collection of eight "GRR-ific" tales. The segments focus on the different ways that children show love, including helping to make a heart-shaped pizza at home, playing games with Grandpere (Daniel's grandfather), finishing a story that's lost its ending, or just by being a good friend. In "It's Love Day," the cub and his friends learn that each of us can show love in a unique way: dancing, singing, hugging, or even making special handcrafted hearts at school. All of the episodes include lessons on being a good friend and learning to compromise and share. The upbeat and appealing songs that accompany each story are repeated throughout and make the lessons easy to learn and remember. This popular series focuses on strong family values, friendship, and fun. VERDICT This is sure to be a hit with followers of the series.
