Aided by bold, easy-to-follow infographics and large, glossy photographs, these titles explore a variety of diseases, disabilities, and wellness activities. Relaxation and Yoga gives readers practice poses as it discusses how the spiritual and physical practices of yoga and meditation can reduce stress and increase focus. Each title begins with a short narrative to help guide readers, often providing a look at how an illness or disorder is found and tested.
