Review by Publisher's Weekly Review

Price (The Anytime, Anywhere Exercise Book), a former English teacher turned fitness trainer and sex guru, suggests that seniors get with the younger set and rid themselves of their sexual inhibitions. Her advice ranges from dating tips (when creating an online profile "think of yourself as the interviewer, not the interviewee") to sex pointers (vaginal pain can be alleviated with silicone lubricants). She's an enthusiastic proponent of the use of vibrators to intensify a woman's pleasure, advocates sadomasochistic sex as long as limits are maintained, and even gives advice on how to find male escort services. While the book purports to be aimed at readers of both genders, its advice is somewhat tilted to a female audience. There is some general counsel for men on subjects like erectile dysfunction. Price runs a website of the same name, and each chapter reads like a topical collection of blog posts, with individuals relaying personal anecdotes and "experts" weighing in with advice. Overall, it's a book that will definitely appeal to a select audience. (May) © Copyright PWxyz, LLC. All rights reserved.
