Assessment for learning: putting it all together brings all elements of formative assessment into one practical classroom-oriented series for both primary and secondary teachers. The playlist contains video clips of interviews of teachers and students and classroom footage highlighting all aspects of Assessment for Learning including oral feedback, strategic questioning, self-assessment, peer feedback and annotated examples of written feedback. There are practical examples of teachers implementing the different aspects of the assessment for learning strategies, as well as a number of tools which can be used by teachers in the classroom to encourage all of these practices. Video footage includes: a year 4 learning and teaching unit demonstra...ting the use of learning intentions, success criteria, teacher and peer feedback, questioning and student self-assessment.
