In the summer of 2014, thousands of young Russians came to Eastern Ukraine, in the Donbass region, to take up arms, doped by the propaganda of Russian state television, persuading them to carry out their patriotic duty. Among them were Oleg and Max. Oleg was designated commanding officer, and Max became a soldier. Their story took a tragic turn during the night of June 3rd 2015, when Oleg led his men to their death. The battle destroyed a part of the battalion. Those men are now left to face the consequences of their choices…
