Review by School Library Journal Review

PreS-Gr 1--Told in the lyrical style of "The 12 Days of Christmas," this book lists things the children will be doing in preschool over a course of several days in a harmonious manner. They are learning about raising their hands, dancing out their wiggles, sharing giggles, learning their ABCs, playing a game, having snacks, and taking naps. Each page depicts diverse multiethnic children, parents, and teachers engaging in various activities that show the merriment of the children as they enjoy working together to learn new ideas and concepts in their first days at preschool. Readers will not be able to stop themselves from singing the words of the story to the tune of the song. VERDICT A great addition to any library collection. Children will enjoy seeing themselves in activities they have done in their school.--Annmarie Braithwaite
