Louisa is panicking. Her boyfriend just dumped her, which is heartbreaking, but the main reason for her panic is the idea of leaving their shared house. She redecorated every inch, picked out every piece of furniture, and found safety and security within its walls. She simply can't leave it behind, nor can she afford the rent by herself. Louisa and her best friend come up with a scheme to present her landlord, Henry: turning the house, with its many bedrooms and mountain view, into a B&B for the brokenhearted. Louisa will run it and give all the income to Henry; in exchange, she gets to live there rent-free. Surprisingly, Henry agrees. As the Comeback Inn begins to welcome guests, Henry stops by more often. Is he checking on the new business, or is his undeniable chemistry with Louisa the draw? Henry and Louisa must also work through emotional baggage and past trauma that affects their relationship in realistic ways. VERDICT YA author O'Clover's (The Someday Daughter) adult debut is an engaging romance packed with well-drawn characters readers will love and a story they won't be able to put down.--Heather Miller Cover
