Review by Booklist Review

In her first cookbook, the creator of the website Jenn Eats Goood puts together a comprehensive collection of recipes, tips, and meal plans to make cooking more accessible and less of a chore. After experiencing health issues and the frustration of buying overpriced ingredients that spoiled before she could finish them, Lueke set out to create a system that would be easy, affordable, nutritious, and most of all delicious. The book begins with tips to help readers conquer healthy and delicious meals, with lists of recommended ingredients, tools, and plans to simplify cooking. Lueke offers substitutions for gluten-intolerant and vegetarian/vegan eaters and also encourages swapping ingredients for diet or budgetary reasons. Another helpful section groups recipes by categories, such as what to eat if you're looking to increase your protein levels or if your energy is low. Cilantro lime pasta salad, pineapple shrimp lettuce wraps, coconut mango chia pudding, and barbecue chicken chopped salad are some of the recipes you will find in these groups. A wonderful cookbook to make healthy cooking achievable.
