A nice Jewish boy at heart, Bellisha is a 27 year-old, curly-haired youth, who is most comfortable shirking the hallmarks of adulthood. He still lives at home with his mother, Giselle, in their small, working-class Parisian suburb. But the once vibrant Jewish community that surrounded them is rapidly fading, leaving Giselle feeling isolated and Bellisha worried about moving anywhere else.
